Do we move furniture around?
We do not move furniture around side to side or room to room. The only time that we move furniture around is when we are cleaning.
Is there really a difference between the way a place is cleaned.
YES, there is ! A place may look clean, but is not really clean. Depending on the type of surface and the acquired results needed for the service, the products and procedures of cleaning have to be changed.
Do we clean chandeliers or ceiling fans?
Some homes have chandeliers or vaulted ceiling fans that we cannot reach by hand or with a 2 tier step-stool. Chandeliers can be very delicate and have to be handled lightly. Chandelier cleaning will have to be a separate quoted item due to height and simplicity.
Do we clean mini-blinds cleaning ?
• We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require an additional charge.
• Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave; we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
• Cleaning is by appointment only. If we are unable to gain access to the home or are turned away at the time of cleaning, there is a $50 service fee.
Do we do domestic services other then cleaning.
If requested, we will wash dishes and change bed linens. The linen will be washed in your own appliance, with your own detergents as an add on service.
What if deep cleaning or other special services are requested?
You can call or email us, and we will schedule it. Make sure to give us an advanced notice for requests. These type of services may add on hours to completion of job.
How do we clean the areas with pets?
We make sure that indoor cats don't go outside. Dogs are usually confine by their owner into an area of the house not being cleaned, such as the basement, garage, spare bedroom or kennel.
IF you need to reschedule service?
Simply call 24-hours (DAY BEFORE) before your regularly scheduled home cleaning with a more convenient cleaning time. We will do our best to accomodate your scheduling needs.
Last minute cancelation or unable to get in to do service.
Residential Cleaning is by appointment only. If we are unable to gain access to the home or are turned away at the time of cleaning, there is a $50 service fee. (Review terms)
